We are a small family operated business that distributes nothing but the freshest of spring water to you directly from the source of the mountains of West Virginia. We cover a vast amount of areas from Berkeley Springs WV, to Hampton Roads, VA.
Along the way we stop in several cities including major metropolitan cities like the DC Metro area, Richmond and neighboring cities while traveling.
So, it's important for us as your Family Springs water company to explain our process to you so you can know what to expect moving forward as we continue to grow with technology, automation, computer AI, and most importantly YOU!

Tracking Steps
1. Receive notification when order is accepted by the driver. This notification will inform you that we have received your order and it will be scheduled for delivery in 2 - 5 business days.
2. After order is picked up. Once your order is picked up it will be delivered to your door in 24 hours or less. This will allow you (customer) to place empty containers outside for pick up.
3. When the order is on the way. You can expect that your order will be delivered that day.
4. Delivery confirmation email will be sent with the details of your order.
Customer service email will send out after every delivery. This may become repetitive to our frequent monthly subscribers but there is nothing we can do as it is apart of the delivery app itself.
We appreciate the kind remarks, and the constructive critiques as we continue to shoot for the stars.
Tips: Are appreciated and they will go directly to the driver responsible for your delivery. All our drivers names are their Cash App handles if you care to tip them or contact them for any questions about your incoming scheduled delivery time.
